Para esta revista buscamos todo lo que rodea a la comida. Nos interesan los encuentros en torno a la mesa, las relaciones que surgen con la comida como protagonista y su valor cultural. Sentarse a comer, comer de pie, largas sobremesas, cocinar… hablar de comida mientras comemos. Os pedimos que exploréis este tema de la manera que queráis, la comida es la excusa! Comidas, desayunos, cenas, meriendas y todo lo de en medio. // For this issue, we are looking for everything that surrounds food. We are interested in the gatherings that take place around the table, the relationships that emerge with food as the protagonist, and its cultural value. Sitting down to eat, eating standing up, long after-meal conversations, cooking… talking about food while we eat. We invite you to explore this theme in any way you wish, food is the excuse! Meals, breakfasts, dinners, afternoon snacks, and everything in between.
